I have limited grafts (maybe 4000 total in donor) and both crown and hairline loss. Which area should I focus on first? I'm leaning towards hairline since it frames the face, but the crown thinning is also very noticeable. Has anyone faced this dilemma? What did you choose and why?

Go with hairline first. It frames your face and makes the biggest visual impact. Crown loss is less noticeable and can be covered with styling. I focused on hairline with 2500 grafts and it transformed my appearance. Crown can be addressed in a second procedure if needed.
