Hey everyone,
I'm currently in my mid-30s and I've been on the road to recovery for the past few months after struggling with addiction. However, I recently hit a setback and it's been really hard to stay motivated. I feel like I've made so much progress and I don't want to give up now, but it's tough to find the strength to keep going.
I was wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to stay motivated during setbacks in recovery? How do you pick yourself back up and keep moving forward? Any strategies or techniques that have worked for you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
