PRP therapy - Worth it after transplant?

My clinic is pushing PRP therapy as an add-on to my hair transplant. They claim it improves graft survival and speeds up healing. But it's an extra $500 for 3 sessions. Is PRP actually beneficial or is it just a money grab? Has anyone done a transplant with and without PRP to compare? The studies I've found are inconclusive.

I did PRP with my transplant and my results are amazing. Whether it was the PRP or just good surgery, I don't know. But I'm happy I did it. The cost was $300 for 3 sessions, which is reasonable. If you can afford it, why not try it?

PRP is mostly placebo effect. I had a transplant without PRP and my results are just as good as people who had PRP. Save your money and put it toward a better surgeon instead. The studies on PRP are inconclusive at best.
