I had a hair transplant last year, and dealing with the scabs afterwards was definitely a challenge. I found that gently massaging the scabs with a mild shampoo and warm water helped to loosen them up without causing any damage to the newly transplanted hair. Patting them dry with a soft towel and avoiding picking at them was crucial in preventing any infections or complications.
It took about 2-3 weeks for all the scabs to fully come off, but once they did, I was amazed at how natural my new hair looked. Just be patient and follow the washing protocol provided by your surgeon, and you should be able to safely remove the scabs without any issues.
